La cruz de El Dorado

After a hasty escape from Spain and an equally perilous journey to America, during which Jaime Mercader met a mysterious Arab assassin, the young man's life finally seemed to stabilize. It was June 1903 in the beautiful Cartagena de Indias, and Jaime Mercader had become the most famous gambler in the Caribbean city. However, adventure once again beckoned. It was easy to understand why he succumbed, especially considering he was accompanied by a seductive woman with dark hair and eyes named Antonia. Thus, following the clues of a legend, Jaime Mercader, Antonia, and the Arab Rasul, pursued by dangerous pirates, embarked on a mad dash across jungles and deserts.
