El tumulto de las bestias

After serving a two-year prison sentence, Koji arrives by boat on the Nishi-Izu Peninsula, where the beautiful and enigmatic Yuko Kusakado awaits him. Two years earlier, while still an innocent university student, Koji had worked part-time for her and her husband at a Western-style ceramics shop in Tokyo. Driven by circumstance, Koji—the protagonist—plunges once more into the abyss of ruin as he pursues a long-lost desire, acting as if he were merely a puppet whose strings are being pulled by someone else.
