Pyongyang

Sent to North Korea to oversee an animation team subcontracted by a Western production company (for an animated adaptation of the comic book series “Papyrus”), Quebecer Guy Delisle recounts his time in the Korean capital with a sharp eye for observation and a keen sense of irony. *Pyongyang*—which has sold over 45,000 copies in its Spanish-language edition—offers a realistic look at a country where Orwell’s nightmare has become reality; yet, the account is presented with the rigor of a journalist, the bewilderment of a Westerner, and the irony of a seasoned traveler.
