Un trago antes de la guerra (Kenzie y Gennaro, 1)

Kenzie and Gennaro take on a seemingly simple task: to find Jenna Angeline, a Black cleaning woman who has apparently stolen confidential documents. But the pair learn that Jenna doesn't have any documents. She has a son and a husband who lead street gangs, an angry sister, and a photo of a politician with her husband in a hotel room. While helping Patrick, Jenna is gunned down. Gang war erupts immediately, and the two detectives plot to avenge the innocent and punish the guilty.
