Fûrin High School has earned the worst reputation among the schools in the area for having the lowest grade point average and the most rebellious students. Haruka Sakura is a young man who has just arrived in town and wants to become the strongest in the neighborhood so he can protect everyone he cares about. To achieve his goal, the first thing he must do is join a gang called Wind Breaker, which represents his school and whose objective is to defend the city from other gangs and thugs. However, to be accepted, he'll have to earn their respect with his fists!
