Una Estrella Fugaz

Sofia is a little girl very close to her grandparents. When her beloved grandmother Teresa passes away, her world crumbles. Amid tears and memories, Sofia becomes her grandfather Arcadio's main support. Arcadio, a former railway worker, is passionate about reading and poetry. During a vacation in the countryside, Sofia experiences exciting adventures with a friend who accompanies her on this trip. In her grandfather's company, she discovers the power of words, as well as the secrets of nature, and that every day can be an adventure. Arcadio keeps his most intimate poems dedicated to Teresa, his great love and life partner, in his notebook. In time, Arcadio also leaves, leaving a great void in Sofia's life. One night, while trying to write a poem dedicated to her grandparents, two shooting stars streak across the sky. At that moment, Sofia realizes: her grandparents have reunited. She cries out again and again, "Grandparents are together!" Since then, inspired by Teresa and Arcadio's legacy of love, Sofia has devoted herself to study and reading, determined to make them proud, wherever they may be, but where they are surely is in her heart, overflowing with love and unforgettable memories.
