When a seventy-five-year-old woman is found dead in the street, everything points to a simple hit-and-run accident, until it's discovered that the van involved in the accident is linked to an Asian organized crime syndicate. Once again, Jack Taggart's help is required to organize an undercover operation to determine the involvement of the Chinese mafia, as well as the role of young Mia Parker, seemingly caught up in the affair by accident. Little by little, it will become clear that not everything is as it seems.
