When her older sister mysteriously turns up drowned in the river that runs through their small coastal town, Han Soojin decides to break all the rules and use her family's ancient magic to bring Mirae back to life. At first, the sisters are overjoyed: they enjoy nighttime escapes and the miracle of being together again, but Mirae grows tired of hiding from the world. She becomes restless… and hungry. Driven by an insatiable desire to finish what she left unfinished in life and to reveal the truth that, so many years ago, tore her family apart, Mirae sets out on a quest for revenge. When the town is engulfed in increasingly destructive rains and a series of strange and terrifying deaths, Soojin is forced to accept that perhaps the sister she brought back isn't the same one she knew.
