A transport plane crashes in Tokyo Bay and contains something called "Number 13"... In the same area, Kurosaki and other Schaft Enterprise employees also attempt to retrieve the Asura missile installed in the Griffon, but they lose a diver in an accident, and their search is unsuccessful. Meanwhile, the Second Platoon is on guard duty at a Project Babylon construction site in Tokyo Bay when someone breaks into a maintenance base and destroys the guard robots one after another.
