In the quiet community of Harpers Ferry, suspicious deaths have begun to occur, pointing to the unmistakable killer Nolan Jenkins. Private investigator Jules Miller must face one of the most challenging missions of her career: infiltrating the psychiatric hospital where the killer is being held.
