La construcción de la realidad

The central thesis of Jacobo Grinberg's work, developed in his book *The Syntergic Theory*, maintains that perceptible reality results from the interaction of brain activation and space-time (the lattice). Having established his theoretical foundations, the author delved deeper into this relationship throughout several books, including *The Construction of Reality*. In its pages, he explains that both the external, tangible world and the internal world, comprised of thoughts and dreams, are descriptions that depend on individuals and their life stories. Grinberg asserts that it is possible to change these narratives and, therefore, reality. Through stories and aphorisms with lessons, he encourages the reader to explore the possibilities of changing consciousness to achieve freedom. In the author's own words, this book does not intend to indoctrinate, but rather to be a stimulus that invites change.
