Lisbon, 1943. During World War II, Selene and Beatrice are recruited by the U.S. Office of Intelligence and sent to the city of spies. Although officially working as librarians, they are undercover agents and soon find themselves entangled in deception alongside two of Lisbon's most notorious men: Luca Caldeira and Agent Gable. While Selene navigates luxurious ballrooms with Luca, Bea delves into Gable's shadowy network of informants. Victory hinges on the success of their missions, but when an unexpected betrayal strikes, everything they have sacrificed is jeopardized.
