Anyone who has worked nights in a hospital knows: the corridors are longer, fear is always lurking, and exhaustion clouds every decision. The night the snow buried the city, the ICU at Valderia Hospital was cut off from the world. But that wasn't the worst of it… Not even Cristina, one of the ICU's most veteran nurses, imagined that this would only be the beginning of the longest shift. A series of incidents, of unclear origin, spiraled out of control, creating a rift of mistrust within the team.
