Barça ou barzakh. Una travesía de vida o muerte

In Dakar, children run barefoot after a ball shouting "Barça ou barzakh!", an expression they use for undocumented migrants leaving the coast, meaning "Barcelona or death!" Amadou and Mabale have decided to adopt this cry and embark, along with Umm and Noolamala, on a small boat bound for paradise: Europe. Undeterred by the risks and dangers that await them, the four share the same dream: a better life. Mabale wants to play for Barça, Noolamala wants to open a beauty salon in Benidorm, Umm wants to be a teacher, and Amadou loves Noolamala so much he would follow her to the ends of the earth.
