British soldier and complete rogue Simon Pure has led an exciting life. Or rather, several lives. After the failed assassination attempt on General George Washington at the Battle of Trenton in 1776, Simon stumbled upon a group of hooded figures performing a strange ritual that, by accident, made him immortal. Since that fateful day, Simon has died and been resurrected countless times, and has rubbed shoulders (even coming to blows on more than one occasion) with some of history's most celebrated figures, including his mortal enemy Benedict Arnold, Albert Einstein, and many more.
