A year ago, Nash's father was arrested for the brutal murder of four teenagers on Devil's Night. Since then, Penny's parents have forbidden her from seeing him or his family again. Now that Halloween is approaching, it's impossible not to think about what happened. And although Penny tries to move on, everything changes when a girl is found stabbed. The police insist there's no copycat killer on the loose... but Penny knows they're wrong.
