Laura Winters doesn't know why she lost her memory or why she was found alone, covered in blood. Blood that wasn't hers. Now she's confined to a maximum-security psychiatric facility. There's no body, no witnesses. It's just me: the only psychologist she's willing to talk to. I have to earn her trust and understand what's hidden in her fragmented mind.
