Looking back on the pandemic, it's natural to want to forget. However, a few years after that tsunami that stopped the world and forced us to confront ourselves, here we are. And there's no denying it: that shock, for which no one was prepared, changed us. It was the starting point of the fastest and most massive sociocultural transformation of our time. A great restart, a true reset. That jolt taught us that nothing was set in stone and marked the beginning of an era of uncertainty —the unknown— that tested our capacity for adaptation. Our struggle to survive prevailed and made us resilient. We learned to face adversity at record speed, and from that dizzying experience, new ways of relating to each other, studying, working, taking care of our health, and consuming were born. We embraced change as an opportunity and understood that communication had to be emotional, authentic, and profound, because no one is saved alone. We also understood that a genuine connection could only occur in a common setting, guided by a shared purpose, and that technology was meant to be a means to that end, never the end itself.
