At ten years old, Grace enjoys school every day, her classmates, and especially her science and math classes, although so far they've only helped her pass her fifth-grade exams. But everything changes the day she witnesses a rather strange event: her pocket friend's virtual pet is completely transformed. Grace soon discovers that the virtual kitten, Chip, is now a real being, a little man from another world who, transformed into artificial intelligence, has sent some of his memories to Grace's pocket device to ask for help. Chip's world is called Technum, and it was a highly advanced civilization where technology and nature coexisted in harmonious balance until, after a great catastrophe, it was stripped of almost all its scientific and technological progress, losing its capacity to be creative, solve problems, and live in a better world. Grace and Chip will have to travel through amazing places and landscapes while facing obstacles, enigmas, and unknown enemies. She will have to use her intelligence, curiosity, and creativity to discover the causes of the great evil that ravaged Tecnum, unlock Chip's memory, and find a way to bring about the rebirth of this legendary world.
