El Cataclismo (Cuentos de la Dragonlance, 5)

The arrogance of the High Priest of Istar provokes the wrath of the gods, and as a result, the Cataclysm occurs. With it come anarchy, despair, and depravity—but also heroism. The ten stories in this volume offer various glimpses into what happened on Krynn after the disaster. The volume concludes with a novella by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman, "A True Knight," which picks up the story of Brother Michael, a cleric of Mishakal, and Nikol, the daughter of a knight from Solamnia. Both survive the Cataclysm and encounter the knight who, according to rumor, could have averted the cataclysm.
