Líneas paralelas

A city. Northern. A toxic whisper that clings to your skin. Drugs that knead the bread and places ripe for succumbing. And two characters, Marcos and Pablo, who begin a frenetic descent into the abyss. Marcos lives in the upper part of town, but has stumbled from bar to bar until he's plummeted. Pablo, on the other hand, moves through a seemingly fulfilling existence, but his mother's health will be the reason, or perhaps the excuse, to plunge into a loop toward the end of the night. They are parallel lives, condemned to meet in a hostile city where vices abound and those who pursue their dreams fail. The struggle is between letting go or biting the ground. To die or to live always one step away from the precipice. In Norteña there are countless directions and inclined planes, and in all of them there are parallel lines. Night falls on the city. The lights come on to illuminate the inferno.
