Gabriel Dax is an acclaimed travel writer who spends his days exploring the world. His articles on the darkest years of the Cold War have made him a renowned figure, but no one knows that he lives haunted by the memories of a tragedy: every night he dreams of his childhood home in flames, and inside it, his deceased mother.
