Nagi is speechless when Hiro suddenly confesses his feelings. After some reflection, he finally finds the answer. Meanwhile, the fall midterms begin. Once again, Nagi and Hiro compete for first place in their class, while Erika plots something and Sachi heads off to the Meguro Myōjin Shrine. Each of our protagonists faces their own unique "crossroads of destiny."
