La fábrica de papel

After her father's death, Marta finds among his belongings a photograph of her great-grandfather, José Kayser, about whom she knows almost nothing, and some drawings that pique her curiosity: she was unaware that the blood of artists could run through the veins of her paternal family, always so dutiful. She also discovers a newspaper clipping with a mysterious reference to a Kayser regiment. In the midst of a personal and professional crisis, she decides to set aside architecture to delve into this history, silenced for generations. This investigation will take her from the 1930s to the present day, through places like Madrid, San Sebastián, the Pyrenees, and Cebreros, in search of her roots and her own place in the world.
