Kûsetsu is the member of the Eight Thunder Gods who has been kidnapping young girls in Yokohama. The brigade, along with Yûki, manages to rescue the hostages, but taking advantage of Kyôka's temporary separation from her slave, Kûsetsu attacks Yûki!
