Haruka Sakura, a new student at the prestigious Fûrin Academy and a member of the Wind Breaker gang, visits the city's nightlife district at the invitation of Tsubakino of the Four Heavenly Kings. There, he meets the Roppô Ichiza, another gang that, like the Wind Breaker, is dedicated to maintaining peace in the neighborhood. However, when Sakura and his friends decide to join them to protect a girl in distress, they find that the number of adversaries keeps growing. One by one, his comrades begin to fall, but just when things are about to get really bad, someone finally comes to the rescue...
