Rangetsu and his friends manage to thwart the emperor's plot and free Sogetsu, but...although Sogetsu may finally be out of danger and once again in the care of his beloved prince, he is tormented by the possibility that he is not the "real" Sogetsu, but one of the other personalities within him. Distraught by this idea, he makes an unexpected move that causes all sorts of disturbances in the palace...
