Marta Otero is about to graduate from the National Police Academy when a child disappears in the Guadarrama mountains. He's not the first; five other children vanished in those mountains years ago. Marta knows this because her father, who died under mysterious circumstances, investigated those cases, which were closed after concluding that the children had been devoured by wolves. But some pieces of the puzzle don't fit… Marta is determined to solve the mystery of this latest disappearance and prove that her father's death wasn't accidental. To do so, she'll need the help of Dante, a Satanist she's unsure she can trust, but who is her only hope of uncovering the truth and preventing the ferocious wolves from attacking her again, perhaps this time as well.
