Doña Problemas, rescatadora de mascotas

After her televised confrontation with the "influencer-teacher," Carlota (Doña Problemas) has become a celebrity among children. They recognize her throughout the city and even ask her for selfies and help with their everyday problems. Even so, neither Doña Problemas nor Juan, her assistant, expected a visit at their school from a little girl worried about the disappearance of her pet, a cockatiel named Riqui, for whom they are now demanding a ransom she cannot afford.
