El laberinto educativo y el aprendizaje fake

Debates about education in Spain are often obscured by political diatribes or the impenetrable jargon of supposed specialists, who are primarily inventors of soundy but empty terms. Ramón Espejo's merit in this book lies in giving voice to those who have the least opportunity to be heard: mostly those who experience teaching firsthand in the classroom, or retired teachers who can contribute valuable yet often overlooked experience, or those who dissent from the official pedagogical dogma. Without high-quality public education that fosters rational thought, rigorous knowledge, freedom of spirit, and the development of creative abilities, democracy is as damaged as social justice. Fortunately, as Espejo Romero attests, there are still courageous educators who refuse to succumb to discouragement or cynicism.
