Las sombras de la noche

A house engulfed in flames. A young man dead in his own bedroom. What appeared to be a domestic accident soon reveals itself to be arson. And, as Detective Elma examines the boy's last movements, the unsettling possibility arises that this is not an isolated crime. Newly arrived in Iceland, Lise begins working in the home of a couple who, on the surface, lead a normal life. But, as the days go by, their cohabitation reveals disturbing gestures and silences. Their story, however, ends in a way that no one can explain… Until the police begin to unravel the mystery. As the investigation progresses, Elma finds herself drawn into an increasingly dangerous situation: someone is willing to do anything to keep the secrets hidden in the shadows.
