An essential compendium of works and moments as revealing as they are thought-provoking in the history of women in literature. The renowned poet Clara Janés, who has dedicated much of her work and research to the diverse expressions of female talent, not only in literature but also in science and other fields of knowledge, offers us in this book an engaging journey through different cultures and periods of history by way of the major literary works of women who found in literature the ideal way to express their sensitivity and talent.
