Maison Ikkoku, 4

Days at the Ikkoku apartments pass, as usual, amidst a thousand misunderstandings and unexpected events... until an unforeseen visit turns Godai's life upside down: his grandmother. The elderly woman decides to stay in her grandson's room for a while, and her presence, already quite uncomfortable for Godai, adds to the building's daily commotion. Moreover, the grandmother quickly becomes friendly with the other tenants.
