Dororo

Daigo Kagemitsu, a local lord with a thirst for world domination, promises to offer his son's body to forty-eight demons if his most ambitious wishes are granted. Consequently, the baby is born missing forty-eight limbs and is thrown into the river to die. However, the infant survives thanks to the kindness and care of a wise man who adopts him, granting him the skills and elements within his body to protect himself. Years later, Hyakkimaru, now a skilled samurai, embarks on a journey of revelation and vengeance to banish the demons and reclaim his lost body. On his journey, Hyakkimaru rescues Dororo, a young thief. Together they continue a perilous journey filled with demons and ghosts.
