Leche cruda

After five years away from Italy, Mia returns to Lecce to care for her mother, who is in the advanced stages of dementia and no longer speaks, only sings. In the house, she encounters Cavalli, a stray cat who awakens a new and strange tenderness in her mother. Her mother's physical and mental decline, coupled with the close bond she has formed with the animal, sets Mia on an obsessive path of transformation. If she couldn't be loved as a daughter, perhaps she can receive that love from another source.
