¿Qué pasa con Baum?

Baum is a middle-aged Jewish writer—petulant and a misfit—who has failed to carve out a niche in the literary world and finds himself absurdly paralyzed by neurotic anxieties about the futility and emptiness of existence. His third marriage is faltering, his books are met with lukewarm reviews, and his prestigious New York publisher has abandoned him. To make matters worse, he must endure his wife’s overly close relationship with his son, a young and successful writer. But then, he discovers a startling secret that could change everything.
