Fulfilling a childhood promise, Kafka fights alongside Mina Ashiro to eliminate the ninth Kaiju. In the midst of a fierce battle, Kafka unleashes his power as the eighth and manages to shatter the ninth's shield, piercing its core. But then, from within the ninth emerges the source of all his power.
