La leyenda de Joao Pelotao (Los Titanes del Fútbol, 3)

The story follows the Titans F.C. youth soccer team, who travel to a remote Portuguese village called Aldeia Negra for a friendly match after their local tournament is canceled. The youngsters encounter a mysterious village and its enigmatic inhabitants, Solomon and his granddaughter Camila, as well as the spirit of a legendary soccer player, João Pelotão. An ancient curse on Aldeia Negra is revealed, linked to a penalty kick missed by Pelotão fifty years earlier and a red soccer ball, which the protagonist, Grillo, ends up breaking by accidentally scoring a goal. The tale blends elements of adventure, mystery, and sports, culminating in the village being freed from its spell and Grillo being recognized as an unlikely hero.
