Superman discovers that Lex Luthor kept a prisoner for decades deep within Stryker Island. Who is he, and why did Lex imprison him? The Man of Steel will be threatened by the release of the Chained One, against whom even a super-powered suit of armor may be useless... He won't be the only new threat: a transformed Brainiac, a vengeful squad under Lex Luthor's command, and even his mother... and his daughter?!
