The apocalypse is approaching. Fate rests in the hands of a young man named Kamui Shirou, who must decide whether to join the Dragons of Heaven or the Dragons of Earth. One side seeks to give humanity a second chance, maintaining the status quo after the Promised Day in 1999, while the other believes the world deserves a revolution and that humanity should no longer rule the Earth. The latter yearn for the Final Battle, in which everything will be devastated and a new world created.
