Gracias a Kant

In this text, Begoña Román warns us that nothing is ever truly won, and therefore, it is necessary to return to great thinkers like Kant, not only because they ask the eternal questions, but because they offer answers that contribute to improving upon previous ones and advancing knowledge by freeing us from errors and uncovering new avenues to explore. Today, we hear calls for more Enlightenment. This is precisely what Kantian practical philosophy is about: reclaiming rationality as the guiding principle of our actions, because rationality makes us free; and because freedom must always be won, on a personal, individual level, but also at the level of groups, nations, states, and globally.
