Chiaki Asami is a member of parliament, and Akira Hojo is the boss of the Sagara Federation, an organized crime syndicate. Though they seemingly live in two completely different worlds, they share a common past: in their early childhood, they lived through a hellish experience together, forging an unbreakable bond between them. Their shared aspiration is the resurgence of Japan as it faces the 21st century and beyond! Will they be able to overthrow the oligarchic system that reigns in Japan with their newfound strength?
