Maia discovers that the sea creatures have been captured and taken to Emerald Island. With the help of her friends and her loyal companion, Pineapple, Maia devises a dangerous plan to rescue them. Everything goes smoothly until Maia realizes that Gus, the most annoying boy in class, has followed her and threatens to tell on them. Will they manage to save the sea creatures and bring magic and joy back to Animalia?
