Every Wednesday at Red Kisses—a former neighborhood dance hall that has lost much of its past luster—the lights dim, and tango takes over the night. Víctor, an out-of-work actor, shows up faithfully week after week, struggling to rise above old addictions and the scars of past heartbreaks. Elsa, trapped in a loveless marriage, finally decides to step inside, ready to break free from her own chains. Every tango begins with an embrace. When their bodies meet on the dance floor, the spark is instant. Víctor’s fascination with this enigmatic woman turns into obsession; he pins his hopes for a new life on her. Yet, he soon finds himself caught in a strange triangle where lies dictate the rules and the line between right and wrong blurs. Fueled by the sensuality of the tango and the flickering light of the dance floor, desire mounts between them, forcing them to decide just how far they are willing to go to achieve that long-awaited surrender.
