Kaoruko gives Rintarô some homemade chocolate for Valentine's Day, and as a result, he realizes that he's never had any trouble baking cakes. This gives him a clue that could help him decide on his career path, and later, Kaoruko suggests they visit the bakery that inspired him to dye his hair blonde and get piercings. There, Rintarô inadvertently makes a frustrated face. It's then that the man he saw as a child appears, and they start talking about baking.
