In the New Mexico wastelands, the skeleton of a woman is discovered. The victim walked into the desert, shedding her clothes as she went, and died in agony from the heat and thirst. Her hands clutch two thunderstones used by the ancient Chaco people to invoke the gods. Suicide or sacrifice?
