The year is 2024. Marbella's golden age, back in the 1980s, is long gone. The jet set no longer reigns in the Costa del Sol's most iconic city. One of the descendants of that Marbella nightlife scene transforms what was once one of the most emblematic nightclubs into a swinger club called Vicio, a sex business designed to attract wealthy clients eager to indulge their fantasies. Just as things are starting to go smoothly, a series of suspicious deaths occur. After an initial investigation, the police conclude that all the victims have the swinger club in common, and a police operation is quickly launched to catch the killer. The intrepid and charismatic homicide inspector, Roma Rossi, will lead the operation undercover. She is a woman who seems to defy danger and carries a painful past. In her undercover work, she meets Leo Vera, a young criminologist who goes by the alias Malaka. He hosts a popular true crime podcast, and the Vicio murders soon pique his interest. Neither of them knows the other's true identity, and both are determined to solve the mystery. During the investigation, the attraction between them becomes a powerful force that interferes with the case. But Roma and Leo seem destined to find common ground amidst a complex and challenging operation that will force them to re-evaluate their lives.
