On her first day of university, Haruki's life takes a dramatic turn when she meets Sakura in class. Captivated by each other, they begin living together after graduation until, suddenly, they are forced to separate. Sakura has vanished. Five years later, five springs with her cherry blossoms in full bloom, Haruki, still heartbroken, stumbles upon a diary. It's the diary Sakura left unfinished, spanning ten years.
