La pianista

Erika is a frustrated pianist who works as a piano teacher and has always lived in the shadow of a possessive and overbearing mother. Defeated by a failure that is merely a reflection of a greater defeat, that of escaping unwanted control, and trapped in the web of her inhibitions and perpetual surveillance, Erika has learned to be austere and severe. This situation takes a very different turn when she meets a student who falls in love with her. Then, through her fragile psyche and her tortuous inexperience in human relationships, long-held and unspoken fantasies begin to surface, fantasies in which dominance and submission, pleasure and suffering intertwine.
