The opening of a new bar in Shinjuku sparks unprecedented chaos. One of the bar's staff is kidnapped by a yakuza member, jeopardizing the bar's reputation and the safety of its employees. Tatsuhiko is tasked with resolving the situation, but things get complicated when the Hōraikai, one of the largest yakuza groups, enters the picture.
